About Us
We provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We are dedicated to supporting those who carry quiet battles such as, moments of anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt and help you feel better and less alone.
While we have a special focus on working with Hispanic and BIPOC communities, our door is and will always be open to anyone needing a safe space to heal and grow.
Our Values
Compassion
We lead with empathy, understanding, and gentleness. Creating a space where clients feel genuinely cared and supported.
Cultural Humility
We honor reach person鈥檚 unique story and lived experience, approaching therapy with openness, respect, and commitment to lifelong learning.
Inclusion
We strive to create a welcoming, affirming environment where every individual feels safe, seen and valued.
Integrity
We uphold ethical practices, honesty, and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring clients receive high quality and trustworthy care.
Our Approach
We believe healing is a journey, not a destination. Our approach is compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based, with a focus on creating trust, safety, and meaningful understanding.
At Hablemos Hoy Therapy, we view healing as whole-person care. Our goal is to support your whole wellbeing, including your body, mind, and spirit. We recognize that emotional pain does not exist in isolation. It is shaped by culture, family experiences, identity, and the stories you carry.
We combine professional expertise and evidenced-based modalities with cultural affirming care to provide therapy that honors your story and supports your growth.
Our Story
Hablemos Hoy Therapy began with a simple belief: everyone deserves a space where they feel understood.
We were founded to support Hispanic and BIPOC communities with care that sees the whole person, honors lived experiences, and makes healing feel possible.
Behind HHT
Brenda Gonzalez,
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hola, I鈥檓 Brenda Gonzalez, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 82072) and the founder of Hablemos Hoy Therapy.
As a first-generation Latina and proud daughter of immigrants, I understand what it鈥檚 like to carry strength, responsibility, and cultural expectations while quietly struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed by life鈥檚 transitions. These lived experiences deeply shape how I show up in this space.
For over 10 years, I鈥檝e had the honor of supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, perinatal and postpartum changes, and challenges with self-doubts.
I created Hablemos Hoy Therapy as a safe, affirming space where individuals feel seen, valued, and supported while also uplifting the dedicated therapists who care for our communities.
The truth is, you matter and you don鈥檛 have to go through this alone.
